Marc's interest in cranberries began in the early 1980s when he owned a small fresh apple juice company. His New York distributor requested a cran-apple mix, prompting Marc to explore cranberries, a fruit he knew little about. Forty years later, he's known in Quebec as the "Cranberry King."
